Elena Niagolova – Managing Director/Owner

Born July 4th, 1976 - Sofia, Bulgaria. Having established Mastershot Productions in 2005 Elena has been hands on in developing and building the company and it's services.She has studied business administration in the Tames Valley university London, UK joining program with the Bulgarian University of national and world economy in Sofia. Studied Film making with specialty in directing , creative writing In AFDA film school in South Africa, as well taken film making and editing courses in Raindance Film Festival - United Kingdom educational programs. Her focus is developing and maintaining Mastershot network of creative production talent, client base and business strands to support the evolution of its creative production talent pool.

Martina Koslowski - Post Production

She has studied Film making in Prague Film School. Has worked on numerous film and documentary productions in the Czech Republic and USA.

Boyan Kolarov - Head of Productions co-owner since 2008

With 30 years in Television and Film, Boyan has worked as assistant director, production manager, location manager and chief of transport for numerous music programmes, New Year programmes, documentaries and feature films for BNT (Bulgarian National Television). He has taken part in the realization of tens of International productions like "Julius Caesar" ( Italy ), "Occhi di cristallo" ( Italy ), "Meucci", Sacco & Vanzetti ,"The Clan", "I am David" ( UK ), "Pane liberta" , "Don Gnocchi", "Aviatore" ,"De Ali"

Matias Dumont – Animation & Graphic design director.

Matias has taken part in animation projects together with Leo Rica for J&B, Fiat 500, Mini, Bwin, Santander, as well as several TV Channels & Production companies in Spain, United Kingdom and Argentina.
